1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Bubbla website and platform at bubbla.ai. By creating an account or using Bubbla, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

Bubbla is operated by Bubbla Ltd, Grosvenor House, 3 Chapel Street, Congleton, CW12 4AB.

2. What Bubbla is

Bubbla is a social scheduling platform that helps families discover, plan, and coordinate activities, and coordinate plans with friends.

Bubbla is a planning tool, not a booking platform — we help you find and plan activities and track who's going, but the activities themselves are provided by independent third-party providers, and any booking or payment happens directly with that provider. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or availability of activities listed on the platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Bubbla account. Bubbla is designed for parents and guardians to use on behalf of their families. Children do not create accounts on Bubbla.

By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

4. Your account

Bubbla uses magic-link sign-in, so there is no password to manage. Keep access to your email account secure, as anyone with access to it could sign in. If you think someone else has accessed your account, contact us immediately at support@bubbla.ai.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that contain false information.

5. How you can use Bubbla

You may use Bubbla for personal, non-commercial purposes — to discover, plan, and coordinate activities for your family. You agree not to:

  • Use Bubbla for any unlawful purpose
  • Share misleading or false information
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Scrape, copy, or extract data from the platform
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access Bubbla
  • Harass, abuse, or send unwanted messages to other users
  • Upload harmful content, including malware or offensive material
  • Impersonate another person or organisation

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.

6. Activity listings and bookings

Activities listed on Bubbla may be provided by independent third-party providers. If you choose to book or enquire about an activity, you do so directly with that provider — not with Bubbla.

Bubbla does not guarantee:

  • The accuracy of activity descriptions, prices, or availability
  • The quality or safety of any activity
  • That any particular activity will be available at the time shown

Any complaints about a specific activity should be directed to the provider. We will do our best to help resolve issues, but the provider is ultimately responsible for the activity they deliver.

7. Social features

Bubbla includes social features that let you connect with other parents, create groups ("Bubbles"), and share plans. When you use these features:

  • Information you share within Bubbles is visible to other members of that group
  • You are responsible for what you share — don't post anything you wouldn't want other group members to see
  • We may remove content that violates these terms or is reported by other users

8. Intellectual property

The Bubbla name, logo, design, and platform are owned by Bubbla. You may not use our branding without written permission.

Content you create on Bubbla (such as messages within Bubbles) remains yours. By posting it on the platform, you give us permission to display it to the relevant users as part of the platform's normal operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Bubbla is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee the platform will be available at all times or free from errors
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including reliance on activity listings or third-party content
  • Our total liability to you for any claim related to Bubbla shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim (if any)

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

10. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using Bubbla, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through the platform. Continued use of Bubbla after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
